Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 28, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Around The Clock Transportation ("ATC") website and the transportation services we provide. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services
ATC provides medical and non-emergency transportation, including emergency medical support, non-emergency medical transport, wheelchair transport, dialysis transport, and special-event coverage. The specific service, vehicle, and level of care are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
ATC transportation services are not a substitute for 911 emergency response. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
Scheduling and Booking
Transportation may be requested by phone, email, through our website, or through a care facility or coordinator. To provide safe and timely service, we ask that you give accurate pickup and drop-off details, appointment times, mobility needs, and any special instructions. We will do our best to accommodate requests, subject to availability, service area, and operational conditions.
Payment and Billing
Fees for services are based on the type of transport, distance, and level of care required. Depending on your situation, services may be billed to you directly, to an insurer, or to a government program such as Medicaid, where applicable. Where direct payment is required, we accept the payment methods we make available, which may include card payments processed by a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay the amounts due for services provided.
Cancellations and Refunds
Scheduling changes, cancellations, and refunds are addressed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.
- Share any medical, mobility, or safety needs relevant to your transport.
- Treat our team and vehicles with respect and follow reasonable safety instructions.
Medical Disclaimer
ATC provides transportation and trained personnel appropriate to the service level booked. We do not provide diagnosis or ongoing medical treatment. Decisions about your medical care remain between you and your healthcare providers. In any life-threatening situation, call 911.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our services are provided in good faith and with professional care, but we do not guarantee outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather, or third-party actions.
Indemnification
You agree to hold ATC harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our website or services, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
